Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on paddles or accessories that show signs of use (scuffs, grip wear, court dirt).
To complete your return, we require your order number or proof of purchase.
Defective or damaged items
If your paddle or accessory arrives defective or damaged, contact us at hello@pickleballsea.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to reflect it.
Late or missing refunds
If it’s been more than 10 business days and you still don’t see your refund, first check with your bank or card issuer — processing times vary. If you’ve done that and still don’t see it, contact us at hello@pickleballsea.com and we’ll look into it.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items purchased during a promotion or sale are final sale, unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Exchanges
We currently only exchange items that are defective or damaged on arrival. If you’d like a different paddle weight, grip size, or colour instead, please return your original item (see below) and place a new order.
Shipping your return
To start a return, email hello@pickleballsea.com with your order number. We’ll confirm your return is eligible and send you the return shipping address.
You’re responsible for your own return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive an untracked return.
