These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pickleballsea.com (the “Site”), operated by ThriveOnz Group SG, 160 Robinson Road, Singapore 068914 (“PickleballSEA,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, placing an order, or submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Using the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to make a purchase or submit a listing on the Site. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or submitting a listing, and to keep your account credentials secure.
2. Products and purchases
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and price our products (paddles, bags, and accessories), but errors can happen — if we discover a pricing or listing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before charging or shipping. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice, though a change won’t affect an order you’ve already placed.
Order acceptance and shipping are also governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
3. Directory listings and submissions
Courts, social clubs, coaches, and partners may submit information to be listed in our directories. By submitting a listing, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it (including any photos or business details). We review submissions before publishing and may edit, reject, unpublish, or remove any listing at our discretion — including listings that are inaccurate, inactive, or no longer meet our standards.
We don’t independently verify every detail submitted (such as a coach’s certification or a club’s membership numbers), and listings are provided for informational purposes. Use your own judgment, and reach out directly to a listed court, club, or coach to confirm details before relying on them.
4. AI Paddle Advisor
The AI Paddle Advisor is an informational tool that generates paddle suggestions based on your answers, using AI technology provided by Anthropic. It is not professional coaching advice, and recommendations may not be perfectly suited to you. You’re responsible for your own purchase decisions — we recommend using the Advisor as a starting point, not a final word.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s content — including text, graphics, logos, and the PULSE® PRO 16 name and branding — is owned by or licensed to PickleballSEA and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding without our written permission, other than for normal personal use of the Site (e.g. browsing, sharing a link).
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to: submit false or misleading listing information; use the Site to send spam or unauthorized advertising; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site’s security or functionality; scrape or harvest data from the Site without permission; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (such as a club’s or coach’s own site or social media). We aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickleballSEA and ThriveOnz Group SG won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on directory listings, guides, or AI-generated recommendations. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. [CONFIRM with legal counsel — you may want a different governing law given your primary user base is in Malaysia/Cambodia.]
